Gluten Free and Allergen Friendly Tempura Batter Mix


At long last a batter mix that actually works and tastes great. This batter mix delivers a light crispy batter and can be used with vegetables, prawns and fish, and can also be used for banana or pineapple fritters. The tempura Batter Mix is easy to use simply add 80mls of water, mix until smooth and dip the foods into the batter and fry until cooked through and crisp. Serves 4-6

Ingredients: Maize starch, tapioca flour, rice flour, sugar, sodium bicarbonate, salt.
